Account & Contact Management
Manage your customers, suppliers, associates and other company information as well as their related contact persons. Flexible classification (e.g. types, categories, tags and keywords), customization and integration with Microsoft Outlook.

Project Management
Manage your projects and monitor progress interactively as well as all related activities such as tasks (i.e. to-do lists), appointments, phone calls as well as documents. Create and assign your own "project plans" consisting of the various stages, budgets and work schedule for each employee. Track budgets, timesheets & billings per project, stage, employee and view profitability analysis in both tabular form and as graphical charts.

Incident Management
Handle customer support incidents, enquiries, issue tracking and resolution.

Activity Management
Manage your internal and customer interactions and activities including tasks, calendar appointments and phone calls.

Document Management
Attach any type of electronic document to a customer account, project, activity or other entity. Documents can include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Outlook emails, Adobe PDF, images, audio and even video content.

Templates
Create new documents automatically from templates through Microsoft Word automation.
How? Simply create a document and add special 'tags' (such as [Customer Name], [Date], [Address]). When you then create a new customer-related document based on this template, these 'tags' will be automatically substituted with the corresponding customer infomation.
