We are committed to providing our
customers with a full range of support services so as to ensure the
smooth operation and long-term success of all our projects. For this
purpose, we provide a comprehensive maintenance plan for each
project which clearly details the support services and benefits
available.
Projects that are under our
“maintenance plan” are typically eligible for the following services:

Telephone Support
(Free)
Our support team is always available to provide free
telephone support and assistance during normal working
hours. A more customised "maintenance plan" is also
available to cater for the needs of customers whose line of
business requires support during evenings and weekends (e.g.
cinemas, theatres and other venues implementing our
Box-Office Ticketing System).

Remote Support
(Free)
Real-time 'live' training, person-to-person assistance and remote support can be provided
directly from our offices, often within minutes of a
customer request. The nice thing about this is that we can
offer you 'on-demand' support, quickly and easily - as if we
were physically there at your offices. Furthermore, we do
this in a way that is totally independently to your existing I.T. infrastructure (i.e.
we are not restricted by any existing security features such
as firewalls, etc).

Software Upgrades
(Free)
Technical upgrades, added-value features and enhanced
functionality are provided for free, in the form of new software
releases. All projects under our "maintenance plan" are
entitles to receive these software upgrades. |

On-Site Support
Technical support and assistance can also be provided
on-site at your premises, upon request.

Customer Requests &
Enhancement
Projects under our "maintenance plan" are entitled to
request for software enhancements and new features which
will be treated with priority. Please note that any such
requests are billable and subject to a separate agreement /
order.
